What's this ministry all about?


At First Christian Church we feel that it is important for Youth to learn about God’s word.  Parents can rest easy knowing that the youth that come to First Christian Church are receiving direct teaching from the Bible.

First Christian Church also offers special events for our Youth. Our FCC Youth program has at least one event a month where students are invited to participate. We hope to use these opportunities to get to know you better, as well as learn about God in fun and creative ways!

Our Mission

Our mission and goal is to teach, share, and show the love of Jesus Christ to the students and families of the area, as well as the joy that comes from a life of faith in Christ Jesus. "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12

Regular Programming 

During the Sunday morning service, students remain in the sanctuary for worship and teaching from our Pastor.

During the Sunday school hour, students are taught by our Sunday school teachers. The Sunday school classes are split up into two different age groups Middle school and High school. Our Goal is to provide our youth with the knowledge of God that is loving and can help navigate any situation. We want them to enjoy their time and be excited to come back, all the while learning about Jesus in a way that is fun and engaging.

During the Wednesday evening service, Youth do a deep dive into the Bible during our inductive Bible study.

Currently, we are in a study of The Life of Peter on Sunday mornings. Meanwhile, Wednesday nights will are inductive Bible studies. Currently, students are studying the book of Revelation. It is important to us at First Christian that every student knows who Jesus is, but also that God has been working for centuries before Jesus, and is still working now!
